Help Guide

When you first create or join a Hail account and start browsing the system, you’ll notice the handy yellow help bubbles that pop up and highlight and explain key features in each section.

Once you’ve been through all sections they will stop automatically displaying. However, if you get stuck at any point just hit the help button ( ?) top-right and get step-by-step inline pointers for all major sections and features.
