Archive a Hail Organisation

If you no longer wish to continue with Hail you can archive your organisation: 

  • Go to your Organisation's Settings menu under your Organisation name.
  • Scroll to the very end of the settings menu.
  • Click 'Archive Organisation'. 

If you've archived a Hail organisation and want to restart your subscription, send our support team an email.
