Adding Images and Videos to your Media Library
Good visuals make all the difference in helping your articles stand out in newsletters, on social media, and on websites. Luckily, adding images and videos to Hail couldn't be easier, and we even provide free stock images if you have nothing on hand.
Head to the Media Library in the main menu on the left-hand side. Here you’ll find your library of images/video which lists your uploaded media from latest to oldest uploaded. You can view these in either a grid or list view and filter by latest, status, member and tags.
- For Images, Simply click the green + Image button at the top to browse and upload images from your computer or device.
- Or if you don’t have any good images on hand you can click on Stock Images to search and import free stock images.
- You can also simply drag and drop images from your files straight onto the page to easily upload multiple images at once.
- For Videos, click the green + Video at the top and insert the video's YouTube or Vimeo URL.
- Whenever you add images or videos they’ll end up in the media library. From there you can click on them to add captions and tags, which will be displayed when added to articles and publications, and help you search for specific images in the future.
- If you'd like to send out an individual image or video, you can easily share that media by pressing Publish and choosing from your Connections.
