Contributors in Hail

Contributors can create articles, upload and tag media, but can’t publish to the web or edit other members’ content. Contributors are not able to invite people to the organisation.

Contributors can add content to Articles and the Media Library, but can only view Publications, Stats, Tags, and Members within Hail. Other sections remain inaccessible to Contributors.

The contributor role is tailored for handling simple content creation tasks effectively. Individuals in Publisher, Admin, or Owner roles can review the contributor's "Ready" articles, publish them, and distribute them accordingly. If a contributor wants to have more access, they're welcome to reach out to someone in their organisation.
