Adding Connections

Adding Connections gives you one-button-publishing of articles and publications straight to social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn. As well as to blog platforms like Wordpress and bulk emailing with Mailchimp. We even have what we called a "trusted connection" which allows you to connect your Hail account to other Hail accounts.

It's all very easy to set up from within Hail itself. You're painlessly guided through the authorisation process with your chosen services. Once complete you're all set to post! Hail does all the hard work of packaging up your content and perfectly optimising it for each channel.

To add new platforms to publish to, simply head to Connections in the left-hand menu under Settings, and click on the ‘+’ button next to the service you wish to add, for example ‘+ Facebook’.

Then simply follow the steps to authorise Hail with the service and configure the connection to the correct Facebook Page, MailChimp List or WordPress Blog etc. You can repeat the process to add more than one connection. For example, you can add 4 Facebook connections, 6 personal LinkedIn connections and so on.

Note: Social media platforms require a personal account to authorise the link between Hail and the business profile. You can be confident that your personal account wont be linked to Hail in anyway and there won't be any unexpected posts on your personal social media accounts!

For some connections, we need to complete a verification process before establishing the connection. This is to safeguard our strict privacy and anti-spam policy. For those connections, please click on the + Contact Us button.

Note: You’ll need to be a full admin of the third-party platform you want to add, and only Hail Owners, Admin and Publishers can access and edit Connections.
