Sender email verification in Hail Mail

We do recommend you follow the Hail Mail sender verification process.  This will tell mail providers like Microsoft, Yahoo and Gmail that you are a trusted organisation to send email from and reduce emails going into the SPAM folder.

Verification Check.

Open Hail Mail

If you see the message "This list sender email address has not been verified"  you need to follow the steps below.  If there is no message you are all sorted.

Verification Process.

• Open Hail Mail
• Click on your Mail List (in the screenshot above the name is 'Whole School')
• Click on the Edit List option
• Note the Sending Email Address.  This is the Email address you are sending emails from.  We have highlighted this in yellow.

You can change this email address or press Cancel if it's ok.

• Now click on the Green link 'Send Verification Email'
• This will send an email to the email address.  It will look like this:
• Click on the Blue Link.

All done and dusted.
