Exporting a Publication as a PDF for archiving or printing

If you want a PDF version of a Hail newsletter for printing, you can use the PDF download feature.

Go to 'edit' your publication and scroll down to below in the right sidebar till you see the 'Download PDF' option

When your PDF is ready for download, a link will appear and you can click on the download PDF button:

Note: Hail is focused on digital distribution so it's not as pretty as the online version and obviously doesn't have the full-screen galleries and video etc., but it will give you a convenient PDF for downloading. (Most people prefer the Compact PDF option for printing).
