Exporting a Publication as a PDF for achiving or printing

If you want a PDF version of a Hail newsletter for printing, you can use the PDF Archive feature.

Go to 'edit' your publication and scroll down in the right sidebar till you see the 'Archive' option

When your PDF is ready for download, a link will appear and you can click on it:

Just select what type of PDF you want, and click 'Create compact / or long-form PDF'

Once the PDF has been generated you will be able to download it. 

Note: Hail is focused on digital distribution so it's not as pretty as the online version and obviously doesn't have the full-screen galleries and video etc., but it will give you a convenient PDF for downloading. (Most people prefer the Compact PDF option for printing).
