Editing Image Blocks

You can choose between two styles for your Bock using the dropdown in the top right.

Full width displays the image as the full width of the block, with the title below.
Half width displays the image on the left half of the Block, with the title and description on the right.

How to

Navigate to the Blocks section of Hail and click + Block.
Select the Image style.
To choose your image, click on the "Image" button in the left of the block - just below the "Add an image" text. This will open a modal allowing you to choose from any of your organisation's published images, or to import a new stock image.
The Block title and description can be edited in the sidebar to the right of the page. All changes made are immediately updated in the block preview.
An image and title MUST be selected in order for the Block to display. If these are not completed, a warning message will display at the top of the Block in the editor to let you know! Once all required fields are filled out, the message will disappear.
Once you have finished editing your Carousel, don't forget to hit 'Save' in the top right!

At the very bottom of this page, you can see any locations this Block is in use. This can be handy if you want to make some changes but aren't sure if it will affect any unexpected locations - just scroll down to the bottom and the name and style of any content using this Block will be listed. Any of these items can then be viewed straight away by clicking the "Edit' button in the list.
