How to link an email address

To add a link to an email address, simply follow these instructions.

1. Type in the word or email address you would like to link
2. Highlight the text and a pop-up menu appears:

3. Look for the link function in the pop-up menu and click it.
4. To link an email add, you always need to add  mailto: in front of the email add. So type mailto: (don't forget the semicolon) and then add the email address. So will look like this:

5. Once you have mailto: and the email add added in the link field, click the green tick to save it.
6. Once you have successfully linked it, it will turn green and a line under it will indicate it is linked.

👉 Note: If you link your email address and it goes to a broken page instead of opening up in an email app- you haven't linked it correctly.
