Filtering and Searching in Hail

Need to find your content easily? Use Hail's filtering and search function.

Filtering

The filtering bar will appear in all libraries in Hail, with filtering options relative to that library. For e.g. the publications library will have 'Style' as a filtering option so you can filter by magazine or blog.

Filter by:

  • Member- filter by team members. 📌 Note: your name will always be first, so nice and easy to choose your own content as it will be front and centre.
  • Date- created some content last week for your newsletter? Filter on Last week.
  • Status- filter by Ready, Published or find something you have Deleted.
  • Tag- Filter by Tags and Private tags. You can also use the search bar in the dropdown list to find a tag you are looking for nice and quickly.

**Filtering using tags: when you have lots of tags set up, instead of scrolling through them to find the one you are looking for, use the search bar inside of the dropdown so that you can start typing the tag you are after and it'll come it right up for you.

Searching

If you know what you are looking for and have a keyword you can use to search, then type it into the search bar and Hail will pull up all content containing that keyword.
