Direct Debit Options

We have just added a new way to pay for your Hail subscriptions via direct debit.

To get started:

1. Go to your Billing Settings under your logo. Note only Admin and Owner access rights can access the Billing Settings.

2. Add an email address to the Direct Debit option.

This will notify us that you wish to pay via Direct Debit.

We will then send you details on setting up the Direct Debit process and also cancel any previous methods used for payment.

We can also choose to pay for Hail annually to make it even easier.
